Our work is exempted from corporate income tax according to § 5 para. 1 no. 9 of the Corporate Income Tax Act and from trade tax according to § 3 no. 6 of the Trade Tax Act because of the contribution to nature conservation as well as the contribution to fire, disaster and civil protection according to the last exemption notice we received from the Soest Tax Office (Str.-Nr. 343/5746/5716) of 13.09.2021.
